The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of internal and external projects led by the marketing team.
The project manager must complete a project, while finding a balance in terms of price, deadline and quality. In particular, he/she is in charge of thinking about the different solutions he/she can put in place, testing them and adapting them according to the project in order to plan and define the procurement, deployment and integration phases. He/she manages large complex projects and must convey information the formulation, development, implementation and execution of projects to operations.
We are looking for a video-pixel programming team leader responsible for the video universe and pixel programming, reporting to the Technical Director.
We are looking for passionate, versatile, and motivated individuals to provide exceptional customer service to all site visitors. The position can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
Under the supervision of the Box Office Manager, the Box Office Supervisor will participate in all activities related to the box office and will supervise the agents in the department. This position could either be full-time or part-time, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. The starting date will be mid-September and will end March 2022; the exact dates have yet to be determined. The event will be located in Laval.
The Security Agents ensure the security of the site and the goods of the event. They are the first to intervene when there is a problem or agitation. This position could be full-time or part-time with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. The starting date will be august 2, 2021; the exact end date is to be determined. The event is located in Laval.
The Assistant Operations Manager assists the Operations Manager with site management duties. He/she is the link between the teams and the Director of Operations. He/she ensures that the operational strategy is applied on the site.
We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to participate in all work on the event site for the dismantling and assembly of various structures and other equipment such as tents, kiosks and decorative light structures.
The Security Manager is in charge of the security of the event venue to ensure that order is maintained. He/she is responsible for the Security Officers.
Under the responsibility of the area manager, the Cleaning Agent ensures the interior and exterior cleanliness of the site. The position is evening and weekend.
LX Technician is responsible for the event’s LX systems and related equipment.
Video Technician is responsible for the event’s video system, projections, LED screens, and related equipment.
The Electronic Technician analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs light structures. He/she works closely with the operations and creative teams.

The mechanic performs repairs and maintenance of machinery and vehicles on site.

The Technical Coordinator ensures the quality and smooth operation of the LX and sound team facilities and personnel. He/she is responsible for the coordination between all technical disciplines related to the event operations.
The production assistant supports the production team in the daily operations.
The Director is responsible for the implementation of the operational strategy. The Director of Operations will provide leadership and management of the majority of operational aspects of the site and participate in strategic decision making. The Director of Operations will ensure that the space is maintained for public access during an outdoor event.
The electronic technician analysis, diagnoses, and repairs luminous structures. He/she works in close collaboration with the operation and creation teams.
The Cleaning Agent ensures the interior and exterior cleanliness of the site.
The team leader Electrical Department manages the electrical department: team management, assignment, follow-up. He/she trains and ensures that the work performed is safe.
The semi-skilled General Labourer will participate in all work on the event site for the dismantling and assembly of various structures and other equipment such as tents, kiosks and decorative light structures.
The Box Office Manager manages the box office of an Illumi venue. He/she manages the box office staff, accounts for ticket transactions and ensures the smooth operation of the box office.
